Our family has cultivated olives for generations, and that's where our company name originates from. We started with our great-grandparents, all the way to the youngest generation (Gen Z), who is also our founder.
After ten years of experience in kitchens and the Italian food tradition, along with a degree in Gastronomy from the University of Camerino, Aldo decided to return to his homeland and start anew, continuing what his family has done for centuries.
His passion and love for the land, combined with the skills learned at the University of Camerino, made him the right person to transform a forgotten region into the leading producer of extra virgin olive oil in Albania.
